Jalisa at the idaho Falls store is the best!!! She has amazing customer service with her follow through and willingness to work with me. I would highly recommend anyone who needs a loan to go to her!!!

Great company to deal with, always have had great service. The paperwork process is a little time consuming, but compared to other companies have very good rates.

If I can give this place a zero I really would. My mom went in to get a payday loan and everything was going good and when she came to get phone numbers they shredded her paperwork and then told her she couldnt use her paper ID that she just got today. This place is a joke. The two ladies that work here need training on customer service. I'll never come back. And I hope nobody else does.

I recommend this place they are super helpful and jalisa is great and will get get you what you need if you need fast cash go in and tell her I sent you . She will do a lot to help you . Thank you !!!

I have never taken out a loan through this company, however someone I know had a loan in default with them. They have harassed me as though I'm the debtor, even after asking them to stop coming by my house, calling and sending me letters. I've explained that their debtor does not live here and please stop collection attempts through me, and the response was the lady on the phone getting lots with me as though I have anything to do with the debt. I think they need to learn what "crossing the line" means in attempts to collect a debt. Harassing me (no debt with them) is crossing the line.
