As a contractor, I can’t recommend this place. I had a customer who received a renovation loan through this company to fix some items before closing on their house. I was told that I would have to cover all expenses upfront on the remodel job, but as soon as project was completed, I would be paid within about a week. Long story short, they can’t find an inspector to look at anything and have delayed payment over and over. I’m about $5000 in the project out of my own pocket, and 7 weeks later I have not received a dime.
