Brian Streigle was super helpful in helping my niece set up her checking and savings accounts! He answered all our questions and explained her different options for starting a solid foundation for building her credit history. Not to mention a beautiful building!

Absolutely the worst bank ever!! I have never had so much trouble. Auto loan pay-offs are HUGE. Was advised to send a check via “bill pay”. Well guess what—you can’t!!! Duh—it’s too much money. Missed the ten-day pay off window. Now it’s back to more hold times with both banks. Glad I didn’t fully close my other bank account!!!!

Wow, all around 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 stars. When you walk in the door you are acknowledged and friendly greeted😊. The place is fresh and clean. Lots of natural light. Very pleasant experience.
Katelyn Hutchinson, who started out helping us was very professional, well trained, friendly, patient, helpful and answered all my questions, as we are new customers. We had to start our banking process and then come back later when our daughter could join us. When we came back, Jessie Hansen was able to finish the procedure with the same amazing qualities as Katelyn. We are very impressed and we are excited to be banking at ICCU ❤️❤️.
It has a drive thru. The bank is open 9-3 pm Saturday. M-F til 6 pm.

I posted a previous 5 star review which I no longer stand by. Tonight there was weird activity on my card and I am trying to figure out if it is fraud or some weird error (I'm currently wondering if it's an app issue) so I log into the app, check my account. And when I don't see anything helpful I proceed to try to video chat with someone. This all occurred later in the day, around 5:45 or so. So I'm waiting on video chat, first in que. You of course can't leave the screen. So I'm just waiting. Pretty important to know what's up with my account. So 6:00 rolls around and it kicks me out of the que and says no agents available. I call to my branch and of course since it's after 6 no one is available. I log in to try to shut my card off temporarily and the app isn't working and just shuts down when I try to log into the card control. So idk if it is fraud on my account or a glitch in the system. It's a lot of work to redo everything you have on automatic payments and it's alot of work if it's fraud. Would have sure been nice if y'all answer when I tried to get ahold of you. The call center can only turn off a card permanently and not answer questions.

Extremely friendly and sweet staff! Very helpful— they were all very patient with me as I had no idea what I was doing hahaha. Great bank, too. Highly recommend. Thank you guys <3
