Don't they don't know what they're doing and don't care how that may effect their customers. Your money is safer under a mattress.

I’m actually a huge fan. I went to Chase to make a cash advance, and they had a limit on what they could do, which was fine, but I needed a lot of cash in a short amount of time. (No need to ask why)
These guys got me covered, and were super helpful for a USAA member without a local branch.

I’ve been a member of P1FCU for almost 5 years and have had nothing but great experiences! Each time I go into the branch I’m always greeted with friendly and helpful staff members who are willing to go the extra mile. When I had over $2,000 of fraudulent charges on my account, the staff were not only empathetic of my situation, but also took me through the process of getting my money back. It was only a matter of hours before the money was returned to my checking account. If you are looking to become a member of a credit union, I highly recommend P1FCU!

Good bank but impossible to get an employee on the phone. Also tried to update my email and phone number. Called also and yet, I am still asked for confirmation on an old phone number. They still haven't fixed it. Unable to look at any account info

I use this branch multiple times a week and every time I go in there they are always super friendly and they make banking easy and not stressful. It’s a great environment and i appreciate all the help they have given me.

Called a few days ago to pay my car note talked to Jamie,sp? What can I say. One of kind. The best customer service I’ve experienced in maybe a five years. Professional, polite, and knowledgeable. With a dash of humor mixed in

So far, experience has been great. Interest rates have been good, communication has been excellent, and they're open on Saturdays.
Customer service over the phone isn't great if you get transferred to India though. They also do not support MFA in the form of Authy or Yubikeys, only the extremely insecure text/call MFA, which is very disappointing. Hopefully they integrate Yubikey's hardware MFA soon, especially with all of the hacks that have been happening.

I had to report my card for an issue that happened with Walmart. After I went to the bank to get a new card they told me that it would take 7-10 business days (most banks will expedite it). A week later and I get the card and I activate it through the instructions on the card and it doesn't work. What a waste of time.
