First Interstate Bank, Mountain Home, ID

This bank has great customer service but has a huge whole without a dedicated financial advisor in Idaho. This bank needs to fill this position ASAP or show more commitment to the financial side before you ever consider doing business with this company on a larger scale level. For checking and savings accounts, no problem. For anyone with bigger aspirations, you may want to proceed with caution when working with BotC in Idaho.

I absolutely adore the people inside they are great wouldn't go to another bank just because of them Plus I've been with them through two different companies that have bought them out and haven't had a problem

If you're not going to open up the lobby, please have more people in the drive thru. I've been in line for 27 minutes and only one car has moved with 2 lanes!! This seems to be a regular thing here!!

This bank got bought out and is now called The Bank of the Cascades or something like that. This happened during the summer of 2014.

No ATM... closed Saturday... great.

They are friendly and kind. Very helpful
