I always have an amazing banking experience when i go inside the bank. The tellers are very knowledgeable and always able to answer any questions i have. They are always so welcoming! Couldn’t recommend any other bank other than Pioneer FCU!

The credit union has always treated me with respect and assisted me in a tough time last year when I lost my job and was off work for 6 months. I have 4 accounts now with PFCU and hope to remain a customer for years to come.

Life is determined by dedication, with success by those who afford you the opportunity to move forward when faced with a barrier. We live in a credit line base of life unless those who are fortunate to have money. I don't and there are people who in this bank just like any other who have gone above and beyond for others, even if they may have not deserve it, and don't wanna take a chance. Just depends if the right people in the position of power wanna help or not. To me that is more important then how a lobby looks, or if it had free coffee, or even whether or not everyone seems friendly. Everyone is human and there for we have faults and not everyone's situation is ideal, so some even in work environments try to put on a smile on top of their own life struggles just as anyone else so best not to judge but show or have empathy, and be patient. Needless to say I wanna thank this bank for helping me get to where I am, and through my own struggles and helping me chug along while I attempt to achieve financial freedom one day at a time. I am a member of Pioneer FCU since they financed my car loan. I have been struggling financially since losing my job and Laura Smith provided me with information about Green Path Financial Wellness, a non-profit group that helps people with debt management and many other services. After talking with one of their counselors, I have set up a reasonable repayment plan. I found out that the Green Path fee for this service is going to be paid by Pioneer FCU. This is a way to really support their members.

I have had universally great experiences at PFCU. Ivy at the Hailey branch, Angela at the twin falls branch and most recently Stephanie at customer out reach have been particularly helpful. Most recently Stephanie spent extra time helping straighten out several of my accounts. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I’ve received at pioneer.
