I wish I could give 0 stars... we had a job change and went in, made arrangements to get back on track however they took not one but 3 payments from my bank even with arrangements!! which caused me to be overdrawn..after 3 hours of arguing I went to another place, got a loan.called the main office for MT and got my payoff. went in and paid our loan off..have a receipt showing $0 balance...NOW they are saying we owe more money...ummm NO!!! ..BAD BUSINESS !! PLEASE BE CAREFUL !!

The staff was polite and helpful. However the pay back rates for a small loan are outrageous

The employees, location, convenience of hours... This is the best banking institution I have ever used and I will never go to another...My only regret is that I wasted thousands of dollars using a horse driven buggy bank for almost 30 years and I wish I could turn back time and begin my life with Moneytree :)

Words cannot explain how grateful I am for this place. I had a few emergency/suprise bills pop up and they provided me with the best service and I walked out within 20 minutes with the money I needed. Date changes for payments were so easy with the 24hr hotline. This place is a blessing.

Money tree has always been my go to place for payday loans. I've always shown proof of income with paystubs via my phone. Supposedly now that's not considered proof and need it on paper? Are we living in 1985? You need it on paper just to load it into a computer that then puts it in digital format? It makes no sense. Years that's how I've done it and however the chick with extreme drawn on eyebrows and a distasteful nose piercing wouldn't accept that. After realizing she just doesn't want to do her job, I said I'll go elsewhere, which I did. After getting a loan elsewhere I then receive a paper in the mail asking for proof of income! 😂 after I stated I'll go elsewhere. This is some serious b.s. from you guys. This particular location I would never go back to.

EVERY EMPLOYEE at this Branch is AMAZING!!! Have frequently used the card loading and check cashing without any isuues.
