Although the officer was friendly and knowledgeable, there were certain terms left out of transaction until end like finance charge of $340. This is something that the customer should be made aware from the start.

Whoever I talked to on the phone regarding a loan application, was incredibly rude. It was today (11/29/2022) @ 4:40pm I won’t be coming here anymore for any type of business since the employees think it’s okay to smart mouth people for no reason.

Stephanie answered the phone and was immediately rude and not helpful whatsoever. After agreeing to defer my payment for the month they still took the funds. Not trustworthy whatsoever

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! For over a week this company told me that I was Approved for both a conventional and non conventional loan conventional loan. They gave me the dollar amount that I was a prudent they gave me the dollar amount that I was approved for the payments expected to be made expected to be made every month absolutely everything. I don't hear anything from them for 2 days so I decide to contact them directly add to contact them directly. They ask me more questions and they ask me more questions about finances and then come to me at the last minute and say that yeah mid the last minute and say that I cannot be approved for anything. Since they decided to lie to me and waste my time they've put me in a financial hardship for this month's bills. What a joke of a company..

No recommendation here, they lie and ran my credit 3 times. I didn’t understand why that was necessary 3 times!!! Also her name Stephanie was rude and acted like she was bothered by the whole process. In the End she raised her voice Yelled at me. RUDE!!! Beware with this office they give One Main a bad name!!!! Will never do business with One main again and I will be sure to let corporate officials know about this lame experience. I prefer that anyone from this office do not contact me or comment on this review as there is NOTHING that will change my mind or this review…… the damage is done!!! There is no coming back from this.

After I filled out the application that specifically ask for gross and not net income have my credit take a hit. Get prequalified and approved, I get informed I am not qualified because they use net not gross. Then am informed by the individual well I’ve never filled out our application so I don’t know what it ask for. It shouldn’t as for something different than what you actually use. Also know what you application requires.

Wow... The only reason I couldn't get a loan was because I didn't have enough in collateral. Because my "trailer didn't have enough intrinsic value", but no.... The reasons you guys put on there. I will never again attempt any kind of business with you people. Especially liars, my credit wasn't an issue, 6k a month income wasn't an issue. I had a previous loan for a year and paid it off in a about 15 months, 5k more than this last request. Makes no sense what's so ever. Goes to show, being good with payments and paying off previous loans in a timely manner and a head of time isn't worth anything. Oh and thanks for the hard pulls on my credit as well. Your pretty cool huh?
