Does not practice ethical, honest business practices! Did not give mandatory fee, rate and privacy policy disclosure information prior to opening a loan. Insisted they would work with me if I was late, said I could send cash in the mail if I couldn't make it in to pay loan payment. Kim claimed to be the owner, the manager, was beyond unprofessional, disrespectful and condescending! She refused to answer questions I had about documemts. I read horrible reviews about Kim and this business. I would never do business with them again! Red Flags, Red Flags! Shady business, Buyer Beware! Research before you do business and trust this company with your private information.
