World Finance, Post Falls, ID

This is the third time that I have tried to call or go down there and they close without posting temporary hours or letting anybody know they have nothing on the door to let you know I just traveled all the way from Rathdrum they’re supposed to be open until noon no answer on the cell phone no one here very bad business.

I have been with this company for several months. I would highly recommend this company especially the postfalls office on seltice way. Ask for Brooklyn. She is caring and transparent agent. She will go above and beyond to help you get what you need. She is funny and very bubbly. Makes you feel very comfortable and informed about the process. She works fast and doesn't keep you hanging. Brooklyn has the best customer service ethic I have found in a long time. Need help call Brooklyn. She will get the job done. Thank-you Brooklyn for being the best at what you do. You are awesome .

These guys were great! Tyler was understanding when I didn't have all my information and made it much less awkward. The process is fairly quick the payments are low and what I'm paying back isn't much more than the loan. I was surprised. They have great customer service and don't make you feel uncomfortable. It was like talking to an old friend. I highly recommend this loan company!

Brook and Tyler are incredible!!!! Whether its doing business over the phone or going in, they are always prompt, respectful and so hard working to be completely transparent and also full of options. I would recommend this store in post falls to anybody that needs help or even is looking to build credit. The terms are incredibly reasonable and interest is fair and communication and customer service is definitely valued and a priority at this place of business.
