Beehive Federal Credit Union, Rexburg, ID

This is, perhaps, the best bank I have ever had the pleasure of being a customer at. The staff are outstandingly friendly, the services they offer are brilliantly superb, and the atmosphere and quality of the institution is just great. I have no poor things to say about the Beehive. If you choose to bank here you will be pleasantly satisfied.

I wanted to leave a shoutout to both Alex J. and Shelby D. My family and I thought it was time to upgrade to a bigger sized vehicle so we went with the application process. Both Alex and Shelby were knowledgeable in their fields as consumer loan agents/officers. The application process was thoroughly easy. They worked out the paperwork with the dealer and have been quick to ask how else they can help. Great team overall and great experience working with Beehive.

Third generation member. In dire need of assistance with a loan bank is completely non willing to work with me even though I don't pay any of my utilities right now or rent. Never had a penny of debt always have made payments and they have never needed financial assistance. I'm 167% over their limit but I don't pay any utilities or rent so that should put me 167% below their limit. I thought they were about helping the community not hurting them. I asked for a 50 month payment plan back but with not having to pay any bills I could probably do it in 30 months,; at all the bonuses and taxes I could probably get it done in 15. If helping the community and helping their members really did matter I feel like they would be at least willing to sit down and try to figure something out to help me in my situation. I wonder if I was a single mother struggling just as bad if the loan would have been approved immediately

Beehive is wonderful. We worked with them on a line of credit, and it was fast. We worked with Mindy and she is awesome. Make sure to setup your accounts when it isn't busy as we did have a long wait for that. Other than that we had a wonderful experience and everything was easy to setup. We would recommend this credit union to anyone who is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints as they have specific bank accounts setup for missionaries etc.

We absolutely loved our time with Beehive. The only reason we aren't with them anymore is because of moving to another state. We got a car loan through them and got to work with Stephanie Vinson, she is FABULOUS. Anyone who gets to work with her is lucky. We also loved their friendly tellers. They are also extremely helpful over the phone. WE LOVE BEEHIVE.

Every one at this bank is awesome. They always have a smile on thier face. They acknowledge by my first name. Daniel is the best manger ever.

Those people stole my wife $700. She use card put money in her checking. She call teller saying they saw her there at atm. Call mutpile teller saying that my wife wasn't there, she could said she was there then he changed his story that she wasn't there. I would go to different I was any customer of beehive Bank you should go to bank of commerce or mountain america

Bad bad bad. Tried to pay my taxes and the check got lost in the mail, the bank won’t refund me for 90 days… poor service
