I recently moved to town and needed a bank that wasn't going to give me any hassles as so many others have for silly things. This bank was extremely easy going and I had zero trouble opening a bank account in 30 minutes flat. The people who helped me were straightforward and I feel like they will remember me next time I come even if it's not often. So many other customers came in while I was opening my account and each was greeted and shared their day with the other and I felt very welcome. I really enjoy Idaho and the staff here at WaFed!

I may be 94 but I have been in Idaho since I began. This bank has always treated me with care and honesty unlike another bank that recently moved off main st, they did not take care of me well and I haven't forgotten that. I have as much respect for this team as they do for my business. I am grateful to have such an easy experience and trusted customer service every time I stop in.

Washington Federal has been a great place and resource for any of the client's that we have sent over to them for loans. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable of the banking and loan processes. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a local bank!

We were very happy when we told them exactly what we were doing for our house and they said they could do it. Now, we are very disappointed. We’ve been working with them the past 5 months and they informed us they didn’t know that’s what our house was and “this loan is very difficult to get” AFTER they said they could do it back in January. So now we are back to square one after five months of planning on starting our build this month. To say we are dissatisfied is an understatement.
