D.L. Evans Bank, Rupert, ID

I will never bank here, especially at this branch. We had really good experiences up until they decided to be flat out rude to us. I do a lot of banking for a family member. I’ve been doing it for years now and at different banks. I’m very glad I don’t personally bank here. We did complain to a different branch, and we were told they were out of line. They questioned us about something that was procedure, and they were completely out of line on how to handle the situation. It’s frustrating when they -accuse you of doing something wrong, especially when you have been doing it for years. I know my job and how to handle this type transaction, & it’s frustrating being told otherwise. What they told me I did wrong is completely crazy since there’s only one way on my end to acquire the piece of information they said I shouldn’t have gotten. I’m happy to go in and train them on how to properly handle this particular type of transaction. Very unprofessional!!!!

Such wonderful people and so willing to help their customers. Needed a urgent wire transfer and was handled quickly and efficiently. Thank you Bobbi Munoz for your expertise and kindness. Appreciate DL Evans so much!

This bank is the best bank in the world. They care about the customer and not about their fees. I have been with dozens of banks and will never go back to another. D.L.Evans is absolutely the best bank around if you want a bank that cares about you and takes care of you like a friend or family instead of just a customer.

Today I went into the Rupert branch and Caitlin helped us. She was so quick and efficient! We always feel so welcomed when we go in. Thank you!

This branch is so amazing I go out of my way to go to this branch Started with Dan always working his hardest to make our PP lans go as smooth as possible, then Amy always keeping us informed about any changes that might effect us, then today Bobbie wow never have o ever had such an amazing experience needed money transfered to an account not a dlevans account and she drove the deposit to the other bank what company does that anymore Rupert branch does thank you all so much for being the integrity of dlevans I'm sure he would be so proud I am.
