Absolute worst service and follow up I’ve had. Long time first federal customer and Carmen at this branch was truly disappointing. She couldn’t be bothered to even show up at the branch when she told me she was going to, let alone call me back or reach out to me at times she had scheduled to do so. I would avoid the Rupert first federal branch at all costs…. Would be a one star based solely off Carmen but the institution outside of her has treated me well.

The gals here are incredible, 5 star experience every time. Mary Bauscher did our home loan, and she was easy to communicate with and handled it all extremely well. Carmen Ortiz has done all of my other loans, and she explains everything very clearly, and works hard to get everything done. All in all these are good honest people, and people that I trust to handle my finances.

Carmen and the whole staff were amazing and wonderful to work with!

Not even our own home bank but always receive good service. High security for non-patron services.
