Don't do anything with this location. All my payments have been mainly paid to interest. Something is not right. I called and made a principle payment and they charged it interest. Report this branch. Look at all your payments carefully and do follow ups. I did a 2nd principal payment recently and they took interest out again. Very corrupt and thieving.

Just like Maldonado I was scammed in to buying there insurance I sent me car to get fixed and they haven’t reimbursed me that was back in 2020 and it’s still pending I messed up going here I went to kct for same loan amount they gave me 4% interest rate this place is a scam stay away from them

ZERO STARS!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. My son filled out a credit application, after two days they called him to let him know he was APPROVED. Not a surprise my son has good credit and good income. When my son asked for the loan information, he was told they couldn't tell him anything until they get more info. Not even an estimate. We took all the information they asked for THREE HOUS LATER they still couldn't give us the info. They wanted us to purchase insurance for the item we were purchasing but yet they couldn't give us our info. They asked us to sign the loan agreement but we refused until they gave us the terms of the loan. They wanted us to sign at a 34.99% interest rate. CRAZY, I feel sorry for the people who fall for this. They think by keeping you that long, that you become desperate enough. Do your homework. Find an HONEST bank or credit union.

Beware. They will tell you on the phone that your loan is approved and to come in, but then when you get there it’s a whole different story. You waste gas, time and energy to go in there and sit another hour or two. You are not told what documents to bring and then they want you to go home and get them and come back as if you have nothing else to do that day.

Do not purchase the insurance it’s a scam I took my car to get fixed 8 months ago and I still haven’t been reimbursed

George was wonderful!! At a very difficult time in my life where I needed quick help, fearing scammers and whatever else is out there, George was very reassuring and helpful to me! Everything was as he promised, One Main Financial came through for me. His assistant was also very kind and helpful. I would definately recommend these folks if you are in a financial emergency. Interest rates are high, but that is the nature of these types of loans.

Worst place I currently have a Loan with them. I can't wait for account to paid off. If you need money make sure you find other places or used Credit Karma for options.
