I cannot believe that the manager, Tyler presented himself to a customers house asking for late payment. This manager should be fired immediately and legal action should be taken. Customer information is private information and should never be used as he did. Going to report to the BBB.

WARNING! Do not get a loan from this place. If you’re 10 days past due on a payment, the manager Tyler will show up at your house and harass you without even calling you first. When I asked why he is coming to your house, he responds “why don’t you pay your loans on time”. Insanity. Stay away.
