GenFed Financial Credit Union, Centralia, IL

The people at the Centralia branch are all very nice, and easy to work with. They have helped me get a couple of vehicle loans and helped fix my account when I got scammed a few years ago. I’m very glad I was able to do business with GenFed.

Been a member for 20+ years. The staff has consistently been good for the duration. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and give you the support you would expect from a credit union. I prefer them over a bank most of the time. If you have not had a chance to do business with a credit union, instead of a traditional bank, i recommend you try this one.
