Midland States Bank, Centralia, IL

I love everything about this bank. I have banked here 9 years. I had someone from another country try to take money from my account. Midlands secure technology caught it before money ever left my account. They notified me of this. You get cash back perks, free checking, online checking. They have an awesome app and you can even cash checks using your phone. The cash back perks are great. I get perks from Vudu, Michaels, JoAnns, Advanced Auto which is located on Poplar in Centralia. They even have contests now and then.

I have been banking in this same building for 33 years it started as Centralia savings bank. I loved that old bank. Then it turned into Kankakee then Midland. I have paid off 3 home here and countless cars and have had checking and saving here the whole time. The girls in the office are awesome that is the only reason I stay at this bank. They have every possible bad thing a big bank would have and absolutely none of the good things a small bank should have. The upper management is unseen ever! I have no idea who runs this bank now. I would avoid this bank like the plague. I hate this because I want to like them I really do, but besides the wonderful staff there is nothing to like.

Couldn't help, but teller was polite, tried to be helpful ,was kind & courteous. Bank was quiet & clean & actually smelled freshly-cleaned.

Awesome customer service I switched to Midland because of bad customer service at the bank I was at for years.
