217 Mortgage was a lifesaver! We had gotten approved for a home loan somewhere else but it wasn't enough to find anything we wanted. We were referred to David Nelson at 217 Mortgage and were approved for more than we needed. He even explained the different loans to us. The process of working with this company was thorough but fun. They have an app that shows you exactly what step you're on and what's needed. You can upload the forms through the app. I cannot begin to explain how helpful that was. When you complete a step you get a personalized video. My husband and I both loved that part. We looked forward to each one because it was confirmation that we were one step closer. Whenever we had a question and sent a text or email we were answered quickly by David or one of his assistants, Karen or Rachel. After closing on our home they have also made it easy to pay our mortgage. We are already recommending them to anyone that we find out is looking for a home.

David Nelson and his team are absolutely fantastic. We worked with David on the purchase of our first home when he was at a different bank, and we followed him to 217 when it was time to purchase a new home (even before finding a realtor!). He is always quick to respond to questions, and is great at explaining things in detail and laying out all our options. Thank you, David!
