The customer service at the Champaign branch is exemplary. It began with their respectful and professional request for my business. It continues to this day with their offering of banking instruments that they have tailored to my needs and in my best interest. For example, they structured a loan so that I could pay less interest than I had been paying with another lender. Everyone with whom I have dealt at Fisher National Bank has been cheerful, gracious, and interested in helping me. I expect you will find the same yourself when you do business with them.
