Been banking here for ten years now, never had a major problem with my account. Overall, its a good bank. Due to the pandemic their hours and some policies changed but that is understandable.

Took out a loan and paid it off under a year. Loan shows delinquent and I paid off balance. Loan has been paid off for over 7 months. Have contacted all who has been needed to be contacted and keep getting the run around. Has negatively been affecting my credit even though I have proof it’s paid off. The manager and loan broker have failed to do anything about it. Have sent emails and countless phone calls. Sad the way they are in professional.

I used the ATM and it never dispensed the cash. I called them the next morning and they basically told me to screw off. Bad business ethics and customer service. I live just a few blocks away and I will make sure to avoid this business at all costs. I would never consider opening an account with them after this. My advise is to close your account if you already have. I will also be reporting them to the BBB. Their customer service was beyond appalling. I review every place I interact with and this is by far the worst review I have ever had to write.

I have been banking with them for over 20 years. I have gotten car loans (twice) from them. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I have never had a bad experience. But remember: everyone is human. Others can have a bad day too.

I called the bank because I took a bus 2 hrs & I was going to get there right as they were closing. They said they’d wait an extra 5 minutes, i ran until I was out of breath & got there within 5 minutes but when I got here they didn’t wait.
