Was approved. Was asked for a bunch of documents after the approval. Then they said I was denied cause of the collateral not being what they accept. This entire waiting game took over a week of my time when I could have easily went somewhere else. And I had to keep calling them no one available to follow up with me. Don't let this company put a hard inquiry on your credit report look elsewhere. Save yourself the trouble unless you have time waiting for money.

I was approved and than later denied due to budget when all they could of did was lowered approval amount. A total waste of time and a hard hit to my credit report for nothing. credit Score and income was definitely there. Would not recommend.

Customer service here is outstanding. We worked with Gabe who was very helpful and very informative. Using OneMain will not be the lowest interest rate you can get - but when you have bad/poor credit and you are in a bind and need fast cash to get a loan for a car so you can get to work, this is a great option. In a pinch, they saved our butts so we could purchase a vehicle when ours died. They are doing a job, and they do it well.

I have been going to this organization for years. The representatives of one main are very professional and not pushy. They give you the options and you make the decisions according to your needs. I have always attended the branch on 106th street in the city. Jeff and Jacqueline were great,however, all of the representatives in that office are excellent and pleasant. If you need financial assistance this is the way to go. Automatic withdrawal is what I recommend it keeps your account timely and helps your credit rating so come on down to my spot you will totally love your experience and money.

Loans are extremely high and they are getting over. If you need some quick cash Don't take a loan from them. I so happy I paid my loan off and I will never go to them for any assistance again.
