I was having a problem with the upload if documents going thru when speaking with the customer rep on line they had received the documents but could not forward them for final review. Mind you now this was a Saturday mid afternoon so I went to the office on West Lawrence in Chicago and the Rep Daniella was tremendously helpful very calm and accommodating she was attentive even helping to serve the 2 other customers thst were there. Once she resumed attending to me she was reassuring things would be fine, I was somewhat skeptical by it being the weekend and a Saturday afternoon but after a short while she said the Documents had went thru and it was very possible a decision could be forth coming and in a few minutes it was so she went step by step thru the signing on the epad and I was fine and done. Daniella was very very abreast as to what she was doing and how she did it. Thank you Daniella for easing my frustrations on a weekend afternoon VERNON
