I looked for a bank for 2 weeks before calling First Savings Bank. The other banks wouldn't call back, or send me hard-to-follow instructions to create a bank account (then want to charge me $12-$15 a month to have an account there). When I called First Savings they helped me right away and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend them, they have fantastic customer service 😁
