Horrible customer service. I have banked there for over 12 years with no issues. I had some issues with fraud charges this month, when I spoke with the new CEO, Amber, she was very rude and unhelpful.

Love the new north location in Danville. Great place to do your business. Just like a real credit union should y.

My bf and I went through the drive thru on July 5tg 2023 at the main st location and there was a younger girl working the window. She had an attitude when she was asked questions about his account. She acted like he was an inconvenience to her, and that she doesn't like her job. It took a lot out of me to not say anything to her. With an attitude like that she should not be working a customer service job. This is just one of MANY times we have delt with her. This was my straw to write a review.
