Go elsewhere for trustworthy banking & FAST!! They are SO SLOW and full of mistakes on the regular. Always long lines, NO courtesy from tellers, barely get a greeting and they are inexperienced at most transactions... We are So Happy to leave them after all the years of Excuses!! FNB of Pana is better

We have been members of this credit union for years. Sad to see the other reviews. I fully stand behind our rating. Sure a great place to do business. Helped us with an auto loan and home loan!! Great customer service. Definitely there for the customers!! Issues are easily resolved. Very happy with my credit union!!

Been with them for years every week its something taking out my check highway robbery

I have had nothing but problems with this bank and I only use them for my bills. Now they are shutting down Saturday service.

This place is terrible. Their customer service hotline reps will tell you that they don't know how to assist you with online banking problems. They will suggest that you call a different customer service hotline but also be honest enough to tell you that those people will either not answer or probably not be able to help as well. They will encourage you to go into the physical bank where those employees will then later blame technology problems or encourage you to contact the customer service hotline. Additionally this place has been open for a few years now at this location and has not updated their hours online. There's so many other issues, it is ridiculous. We will be closing down our accounts and our kids accounts as soon as possible provided that somebody at least knows how to do that for us.
