Worse service I ever had , put in application and requested for all kind of documentation and bring it in .. the guy at desk said will contact me back soon after talk to manager... and never received mail or call back .. i don’t know why the have to “talk” and take days to desire a loan car. I went to my bank at cefcu and after 20 minutes I get my loan ready with a lot better rate!!! 4.5 instead “10”on this bank .. never recommend this bank go to cefcu service fast and better rates
