I got an auto loan from DuPage CU. Not only did I get an incredible rate, the process was fast and easy! I was able to pick up my loan check within 3 days. I will not hesitate to use them again!

Went here before and everyone was nice and helpful but then on trip #2 the lobby was closed at 11am on a sat. Sats it closes at 1pm. Drive thru didnt have the right slip and no one answered. Maybe dont close early when people need to get out $$. Terrible experience.

Horrible hours always closed for some made up holiday horrible pay portal. Horrible account settings. Whole UI is just trash just stay away.

The drive-up ATM is a pain in the a** at this location. Multiple times myself and others get stuck behind someone doing business with the teller. You then have to wait forever for the person at the teller window to finish their business. They should make it an ATM only lane, put an ATM in the third lane, or add an ATM to the foyer. Very poor design.

I have to thank Kelly at DuPage because she helped me through the process of financing my dream classic car! She has helped me with the whole entire process and I have to say this whole experience here was great!
