Very poor customer service. Made a payment on-time and it cleared my bank. They are claiming that the payment was returned. I am not sure how that is possible when it cleared my bank. I even sent them screenshots of my bank account showing it, but yet they refuse to show me that the payment was returned on their end! Now, they are trying to charge me a bunch of fees for something that wasn't even my fault! Do not recommend them!!! If I could, I would get my car refinanced ASAP!!!!!!!

I used this company back in 2010 and the service was superb. I cant remember my agents name (maybe NICK) was so helpful and nice. I'm trying to get a car now and will be contacting them to see if they can help. I tell anyone use them. They worked with ,e which made it so easy. (oh I still have my car) Thank you guys

Best First Finance Company I’ve ever had. My car was totaled but when I was late, out of work and even when my brother passed away and I have to help pay for him funeral service they didn’t give up on me and continue to work with me. I would definitely recommend this company and if I could get them with me new car I most definitely would love to work with them again. Been with them since February 2017, I’ll give them 100 stars if I could.

Only thing keeping me from giving a full 5 stars is there is no way to check your loan online, you have to call to get any information on the loan. They also charge a fee for an automatic payment or payment online, I find that in this day that is ridiculous.

Restarted my credit here. No problems. I even increased my payments to shorten my loan. Great deal and no burning effect. I'll miss you guys. Found me at Bill Kay in Lisle' Chevrolet.

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!! DO NOT DO DEALINGS WITH THEM!!!!! I WISH THEY NEVER RAN ACROSS MY APPLICATION!! I paid half of my car note (due to an emergency) and told them i’d pay the rest when i got paid. They didn't wanna work things out with me AT ALL. I had another loan with them that was paid for ON TIME. I told them the 4th not thinking about the holiday and banks don’t receive deposits on holidays (slipped my mind) and i get paid at night. Once i noticed i didnt get paid i was going to pay in the morning when it came. They didn't wanna work things out with me AT ALL. I had another loan with them that was paid for ON TIME. They will not help you in the time of need! I literally was going to pay it within the same day. They took my car about 11:30 AM. I had NO time to handle it! And they wont let me get my car back unless i pay $25,000!!!!!!! I HATE THIS COMPANY!!! They don’t understand real life happens! They wanted the little $250 so bad they came and took my car! I WANT TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER OF THIS COMPANY!!
