Land of Lincoln Credit Union, Effingham, IL

Great staff here who know their patrons by name and always offer to help with anything needed. We've banked here for over a decade. We now have several family members and friends who have joined the credit union since we've had such a good experience and recommended them.

On 2-19-2019 Teller 677 in Effingham IL made a copy of my driver's license and deposit slip without my permission. I made a cash deposit so I am puzzled as to why she felt the need to keep my information on file. Furthermore, it is illegal to make a copy of anyone's ID without their permission.
