I like to stop at random pawn shops, and look at jewelry. You never know what you will find. The employee Jorge was awesome to deal with and was super friendly. The prices were very fair on all there items. I did not buy anything this time but I will be back the next time I am near Elgin.

The customer service representatives are very respectable to their customers. They try very hard to accommodate their customers.

I was unable to sell a Versace Evening Purse online, that I never used. I walked in. I was greeted nicely. I was treated with respect. The place reminded me of Cheers TV Show. Everyone so nice and funny. I received top dollar for my purse. I saw they had Chanel Bags, Michael kors, and Kate Spade etc. Air Jordan's. Dyson Vacuums, kitchenaid mixers etc. The place could use an update in paint. But, it reminded me of ppl treated you back in the old neighborhood back in the day. Nice place to do business

I been in Elgin 23 years and never been to a pawn shop; my first time at the store I was curious about it, went in Mayra help me out; since then I have bought few things. I’m very happy with the purchase I have made. Mayra is the best!!!

Really great place to come. Come stop by and shop here for anything you need. Tools and etc. They negotiate prices and you get good deals on stuff. So I would highly recommend this place for anyone to come get stuff that you need. They are also hiring. Mayra, Jorge, Alex.
