The team in Elgin provided wonderful service. They were extremely helpful in recovering a couple of family heirlooms and returned them to us via our mutual investigations. I was impressed with their professionalism and the cleanliness of their store. I would highly recommend them.

Guy that helped us out was very rude horrible Customer service. Wish I remembered he’s name. Gave us one price and than completely changed he’s mind when I tried coming back gave us a much lower price. Store looks nice and clean would love to do business with them but not with that guy working there.

I had a solid experience here. The store is very neat and secure for a pawn shop. The money compensation for the item I sold wasn’t the best but it wasn’t the worst either. Overall, it was a good experience and I will definitely do more business here.The only thing that concerned me is when I was asked for my SSN during the finalization of the transaction. Can someone please explain why that type of information was needed to finalize the sale?

Horrible customer service when you come! Kyle or John when he gave me his name laughed in my face! Said they would do the deal and then Gave me back an item and said I can’t misleading you right in there store to your face! Don’t come and get turned down most of the time with false hopes. Go to someone more reputable honest. Very unprofessional service I received and obviously won’t come back. They don’t seem like they want you to come back there anyways

All staff there are awesome. Never pawned anything but have bought alot of things. They are knowledgeable and polite, even to my kids that ask 1000 questions per second. Had the pleasure of meeting the owner today really enjoyed his personality. 10/10

Gave me 24 hours to return a laptop if I didn't like it. Came the next day to return it because it was slow & couldn't get my money back, got offered store credit.. Who wants store credit to a pawn shop.. what ever happened to making the customer happy? Feels like I got robbed. I'll talk down on this place until the day I die
