F&M Bank, Galesburg, IL

The branch on Henderson St is the best! They are all friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this bank for all your banking needs!

Recently I have been having problems with fraud money being taken out of my account AND this bank is quite unprofessional they have managed to make it the customers problem!! Even though the sites have apologized and there's no evidence of any action on their websites! I will never bank at F and M again! The MOST unprofessional and unfriendliest bank in Galesburg! You're better off somewhere else , truly!

I got a car loan from this bank in 2012 and never had a problem, got a competitive rate, and whenever I called, a real person answered (amazing!). I have no complaints whatsoever about the business, that was great. BUT: when I was getting my loan, I noticed that all the lower-level people working in the cubicles at the center of the building and most tellers were women, while pretty much everyone who had an office with a window in the perimeter was a man. Really?!?! That's why they get a star docked.

Why is this bank the most unfriendly place on Earth? Apparently me making my monthly house payment in the bank on the corner of Henderson and Fremont is extremely inconvenient to the tellers on duty. I'm sure whatever was on that kids phone was more important than my patronage.

From the lobby to the drive-thru, F&M bank is a delight to visit and a dream to do business with. I've recommended joining to all my friends and coworkers. Thank you F&M for being an absolute joy to work with, an example for other professionals and a pillar of business in the community.
