Worked for over a month to do a new mortage and Karen the loan officer messed up my loan twice and we had to redo. Then she said we couldn't do the loan after hard pulling my credit twice. I've had bank accounts and loans paid off for years with this bank. Karen Never paid attention to what questions I asked. Ended up talking to her boss who then never called me back. Take your business to a bank who cares

It was one of those random Illinois summer days where you step outside and you can smell the change in the air before you even notice the gray sky. With an atmosphere that is really only found in a Ray Bradbury novel, we found ourselves in F&M Bank, our arrival dotted by claps of thunder - Anne was there ready to welcome us in, and didn’t bat an eye at our just-moved here/been moving all day attire. She got us set up and made sure that everything was taken care of before we went back into the chaos of the day.
