Awful bank! If you want to get ripped off by a bank that still runs things like it's 2004 this is the place for you. I don't know how these people haven't been closed down yet. They constantly rip off their customers and take advantage of account holders. So happy I ditched these guys and found a bank that I don't have to worry about messing things up and blaming me. Do not trust this branch!

This Bank steal your money. Go somewhere else!

Was pre-approved for a mortgage. Working with their lender Jessie. Came day of closing, we did everything on our end to make sure we were ready to close, only to get a phone call that our loan was denied and now we are homeless. We were trying to buy a farm, and have about 110 animals that are now being sent to rescues. These were our loving pets! ABSOLUTELY HEARTBROKEN! We spent alot of time, money, and heartache, only to get totally screwed in the end. This bank should not be offering mortgage loans, playing with people's family situations, if they are not unable to come thru on their end!

The loan officer is a snob doesn't want to help u rebuild ur credit. Losey at returning ur calls out f u have a question

No idea about their operations. I need a bank which is available all the major cities. They never reach us through promotions.
