Was told my card would not be cancelled but they filled out the paperwork wrong and it was, when I asked for a new card, made me wait extra time, never happened before now but suddenly "it's an issue". Lady over the phone was super rude and accused me of giving them the wrong info to cover herself when she knew for a fact what I said was accurate. 0/5 stars

Horrible customer service. Have had fraud issues with our card several times, bank hasn’t been easy to work with. Often times left without any access to funds and get told that it’s “not the banks problem”. Avoid this place and find a local bank. 0/5 stars

If you want friendly service, this is the place to go. If you use Walmart a lot, and they have a bank in yours, it's very convenient. However, when I open an account and deposit a check, it should not take almost 2 weeks to clear. It's unacceptable that I have a spendable balance that dips into that uncleared check, but i can't get anything out to buy a new vehicle or pay my bills.

I was not informed of their fees when working with them. I was charged a additional charge of almost $100 dollars an did not find out until it showed up on a statement. I called an was told they should have told me but too late now. The bank seems very predatory an shifty. I would have choose a different bank and payment method for sure.
