I have never experienced this type of customer service before. I am so pleased and impressed that its almost unreal. Quality & genuine respect for the clients as well as amazing customer service skills. Abby was beyond amazing and just GREAT. She is fast, knowledgeable about her clients and their needs.. GENUINELY friendly and rare type of person that God has given to help us. AND SHE GETS THE JOB DONE FAST, CORRECTLY, AND EFFICIENTLY. I have never left a review but when people like Abby and Linda are working with and for us...I can't help but speak out and spread the word. Go see her and I Promise u and guarantee AND BET A PORTION OF YOUR LOAN that u will leave that office as if u left your best friend house....but with A LOAN! 5 STARS AND I WILL BE BACK!

Ive taken out at least 2 loans with this company and Ive never had a problem or issue with them

I took out a loan and I get to the very end of paying it and some type of way for the last 3 months of my last payments I end having to pay more the following month than what was told to me. I truly feel that somehow I am being ripped off. It's like they tax you more towards the end. I would not ever recommend anyone to the Matteson branch. There is no way I get told one amount then the following month it's a different amount. Very unprofessional!!!!!

Lynda and Abby always help me out very professional as well as the other staff strictly about business. Very reasonable installment loans I prefer them over any pay day loans you can also help your credit with them. Work with them and they definitely work with you.
