We attempted to get a home equity loan with a deed in hand and we're told our credit score didn't matter by Sarah skrivseth and to go ahead and apply we'd get approved based on deed and income alone. Complete lie. The only thing that mattered was the score. Glad we didn't get to do business who knows what she would have lied about next.
