Worst loan company my husband and I have ever gone through. We contact them at 9am to refinance our loan, they don’t contact us back until after 5pm to request additional documentation and their interest rate is insane! Unless you want to endure crippling debt, do NOT contact them. Waste of time and bigger waste of money.

I spoke with a "loan specialist" quite awhile back and was insulted by this person. Now they are calling me continually wanting to offer me a "great deal" at 25 percent interest! My credit is in the low to mid 700 range, so this interest rate seems insane!

100% interest rate, they are loan sharks. If I would've gone the full term on my loan payments I would've ended up paying 10k for a 5k loan. They pull you in with quick money or dept consolidation if you have bad credit. I own a small business and because of COVID have been shut down since March. They send out this thing saying how they'll help by deferring my payment and glamorize it, when In reality they're only deferring half my payment and tacked on 100% interest rate making my payoff amount go up by $200! Of course they don't mention that. Basically just kicking you while you're already down.The staff have always been very nice, I realize that they don't make the rules. But stay away from this company at all cost!!
