Drove all the way from Clinton to be here on Saturday right at 8:30 am when Google says you open. I had to be back in Clinton by 9am and it’s a half hour drive. I’m now going to be late because of your online scheduling error. I was not the only one waiting at 8:30am. Very disappointing.

Genuinely infuriating to use. app never works properly and the deposits can take days to go through , my account is regularly barred from transferring money. one of the worst banks I have ever used and I am planning to switch as soon as possible. Not recommended in the slightest. Entirely incompetent.

I've been with Prairieland Credit Union for about a year and they are truly a customer oriented bank. I've needed a used car, personal and refinancing loan and Marta S. assisted me from day one. She's always made sure to have my best interests at heart, answered my questions within the same day and made the paperwork process painless. Marta has gone over options with me prior to starting any formal inquiries so I have all of the information in front of me so I can make informed decisions. I will always go to Prairieland Credit Union for my banking needs. Thank you Marta and PrairielandCU.

Questions as to why this place never answers the phone? Absolutely pathetic!!! Worst bank I have ever been To I've signed legit contracts for stuff that has yet not even been took into action and this is from a year ago!!!
