Lori Hines and her team were outstanding during the entire process. Rates were lower than the local credit union. Attention to detail and prompt response, even during one of the busiest underwriting seasons in recent history. Lori even saved us an additional $600 while other lenders would have easily charged the borrower. An outstanding team that I will continue to use and recommend for years to come.
