Kristopher Stoneking has been great to work with. I decided it was time to start looking for a house out of state and I happened upon his office as it was close by. By the end of the day I had approvals and pre-qualifications and was house shopping. He even found an out of state realtor for me to work with who has been fantastic. His loan team of Shayla Swallow and Cherrie Smith are excellent as well! It has been a great experience all around! I can't recommend them enough!!

We worked with Kris Stoneking and while he was kind, easy to contact, and quick to return our calls/texts, he has made so many careless mistakes on important documents, like our mortgage application and closing documents. He made decisions without consulting us, such as buying down our interest rate, as well. I thought all of the paperwork corrections were finally over, now that our mortgage was funded and we moved in, but we just got our homeowner’s insurance documents, which he filled out. Wrong year the house was built, wrong number of bathrooms, wrong number of stories in house, wrong about having a fireplace, wrong square footage. All of this is publicly available information. I just don’t understand. So now I get to spend MORE time correcting his mistakes.
