I opened an account thru one of their pre-approved checks, I was given easy payments for which I always paid on time, around Thanksgiving I was sent an email about me being a wonderful customer and I qualified for a 500 dollars. Well they showed me how much they appreciated me for being loyal, they didn't give to me because I didn't have a score they wanted to see, I've been loyal to you guys, but so what.
