The branch of this loan office called me by themselves to come and renew my loan and on getting there inner a new white guy branch manager because I have there customer for 8 years and I have gotten more than 6 differs loan which I paid back but on this my last visit this new manager since he saw me as a black man with an accent he just don’t give me any opportunities to deliver all my pay checks to enable me meet up the requirements immediately he got my first pay check he just told me NO I said I have other paychecks with me he said said am raising voice on him I should get out I think that is not the way past managers deliver the job the company gave them this man is racist and I consider this new manager is not fit for this job because you work in that kind of position you must be kind and respectful and ready to help I am done with this company I am not going to ever renew my loan here again if I need I go different. Loan office not Tower loan again

Tower loans is awesome. Chris is super helpful and willing to work with and help you if he can. He deserves a raise, a trophy, or even dinner. He just needs to be appreciated. Thank you.

Called someone at my job, who isn't me, and doesn't even work with me 10 plus times even though she informed them of this and to stop calling. I've also told them it isn't my number and to stop calling them. This isn't acceptable.
