NuMark Credit Union, Plainfield, IL

Have been with several Credit Unions previously and the experience so far at NuMark in Plainfield has been excellent. Friendly helpful staff, excellent service and banking options. Couldn't be much better.

Dawn was ve try kind, helpful and very informative with all the questions I had about my account! Though u live in Joliet, this one would be by far my favorite to goto since the service is always great!

I often see people asking for banks and credit unions. I wanted to let everyone know that I am beyond happy with Northstar Credit Union. They have multiple locations, but I do use the Plainfield one. They have been more than great to work with for personal and business. Hector and Sunny both have helped us make some big exciting moves for our business that Bank of America would not. I bank with BOA for 15yrs personally and 6yrs for the business and still to this day they have been zero help to me personally or business. I found Northstar Credit Union back in late fall of 2020 and all I can say is WOW. I am forever grateful to this company and the gentlemen I have been working with. If you're looking for a Credit Union to work with you, go talk to Hector, I promise you won't be disappointed

NorthStar will go above and beyond to serve you! I was preapproved for a loan that I needed completed fast on a Saturday. Hector and Ashlee were awesome. They even stayed 30 minutes past closing time to get this done for me, as I was trying to purchase a car for my daughter that day. I was so pleased with their willingness to help me. This would not have happened somewhere else. I was relieved to get everything done and my daughter is very happy with the car we found. Thanks again for everything!

Matt and his team are awesome in Plainfield. We switched to a credit union years ago, and its the best financial move we've ever made. So many more advantages, and personal service. Local programs that benefit your family... we love it. Never bank with a big bank again.

Got the worst and the most unprofessional customer service from Linda Velazquez in this branch. I should have ran away when she made me wait 40 mins on my scheduled appointment. Forced me to open an account with them, then denied a loan without even explaining me why. She didn’t even put an effort to help us clarify information with the underwriter. What a waste of time.
