Excellent customer service! Very nice people, very nice branch! I needed a loan to pay for some medical expenses. I've never done a loan inquiry before, so I was nervous about being judged (here comes another one who can't pay their bills). I never felt judged and the loan process was super easy. They'll work with you to get the loan that you need. ONEMAIN IS NOT A PAYDAY LOAN COMPANY. I left a very happy customer. I would definitely go back to OneMain if I needed to. Thank you!

I am not very pleased with the service at this location. I went through the loan process online and got approved, submitted documents, set up an appointment with the rep Kim however, received a call from the branch manager Armondo requesting VOE information and I get a call back 2 hours later saying I couldn't be verified. The issue with this is that, the process requires a voicemail and clearly states that it takes 24 hours for the VOE process to complete; so how it is possible that this branch received my employment verification back? Lets say thats not the issue, my questions to the branch manager, "What couldn't be verified", "What other information do you need", "what verification standards am I being held to that failed". Very suspect! I've heard of these type of loan locations that are very discriminating to minorities that choose to apply with their location. I just hate that a credit hit was wasted on such a low class facility. I guess I'll await that "callback" with answers & in the mean time go through a much more credible organization.

HORRIBLE place!! They will lie to your face!! charge you a RIDICULOUS interest rare!! they lied to us repeatedly!! once they get your signature they forget everything else!! they take advantage of hard working people when they are the most vulnerable and in need of help. very sad.

If you get a loan with them, be prepared to get endless phone calls a few days past your due date if you forget a payment. I have gotten up to 5 calls a day. Usually its only 2 a day. They use all different phone numbers so good luck with caller ID.

I applied for a loan which obviously runs my credit and was approved for the $5,000 I needed but i didn't have direct access to the documents they needed cause I travel alot for work and was out of town so I get back 8 days later get all the documents together and they deleted my application and wanted me to fill out another one and run my credit again which is absolutely ridiculous! I guess I was just a waste of space on their hard drives and it's infuriating to have my credit ran and have a hard inquiry for absolutely nothing!! Just another money hungry company that can care less about customer service or satisfaction! The attitude came out real quick when I said I wasn't filling out another application

Horrible, unprofessional, applied for a loan here, met all the requirements and submitted all required paperwork, (or so I thought) a week ahead of my appointment. The day of my appointment, actually 15 minutes before when I was already on my way there I get a call from this branch with them requesting more documents, specifically bank statements and check images of the matching deposits. Mind you at this point I have already provided proof of full coverage insurance, my vehicle title (they wanted for collateral), credit check, and pay stubs ( I make over 100k a year). Naturally I get infuriated because I took off work early for this, so I get in to some bit of a discussion with the manager there Armando. Fast forward a couple days I submit the extra documents he requested (The bank statement that shows the deposits along with the matching check images from my job) and lo and behold I get a call from Armando saying they can't approve the loan and he doesn't have a reason why, states I'll get a letter in the mail. That being said, the process for a loan here is equivalent to buying a house PLUS in my case a car title for collateral even though I make clear past 6 figures. Complete waste of time, so peice of advice if you do decide to still go there don't go hurt Armando's fragile ego or you'll get denied.

Absolutely LOVED Abby She was so very kind, so very helpful. I would highly recommend this branch and Abby to any and all that may need some financial help.
