My experience with Platinum Home Mortgage, and specifically with Bruce, was great! Early on in meeting with Bruce he went over different options and listened to what I had in mind. From there he found several plans that worked, advises me on the pros and cons of each and let my wife and I pick which one we were comfortable with. Even after that he was with us the rest of the way; We had some issues with the sellers and Bruce was there along side us through the whole thing. Highly recommend Bruce and PHM, I would definitely go back if we ever decide to purchase another home.

We found Bruce by bluntly searching Google for the 'best mortgage companies in Rockford', and judging by the reviews, Bruce was the best. And boy, does he earn that title. Bruce was fantastic to work with, and is incredibly knowledgeable and was very quick to help us understand whatever it is we needed to know. Bruce helped us from start to finish, from explaining what we'd need to do, introducing us to a wonderful realtor, to even being present for us to congratulate us in closing our home! Couldn't be happier with the service Bruce offered us, and all of the hard work he has not only put into his business to make it quick, efficient and EASY, but also all of the work put into making absolutely sure that my wife and I were getting the best deal and were the most comfortable in our home buying experience. He has exceeded all expectations we ever could have had and made the entire process feel incredibly easy. My realtor Donna Butterfield recommended Bruce Biggers and Platinum Mortgage because her daughter used them and was very happy. I tried doing a refinance with cash out with a bank and their covid restrictions for loans didn’t approve me even with credit FICA over 700. Bruce was great and gave me different options with different loan products. Bruce had me do a VA loan and another loan product to get me the cash out I needed to finish updating my home, so I can get it ready to sell. I already told Bruce that he has me as a long life client for any loan needs and will use him to buy my next house when I sell mine. Trust me just talk to Bruce and you will see how good he is and walks you through everything.
