Very rude on the phone. Put a stop payment and got charged 30.00 and the payment still went through and would t refund the stop payment charge. Everytime I use my debit card I get charged a dollar. Been banking with them since 1998 might be time for a new bank.

We used to love banking here, but it has gone really down hill in the past year or so. They staff are never friendly and sometimes outright rude. They aren’t consistent with their policies, one teller will let you make deposits a certain way and then the next visit I’m being told it’s not allowed. Seems to be a top down issue where perhaps people aren’t being trained properly. Being from a small town I’ve always liked banking with Stillman Bank, but if the customer service keeps trending down we will probably look elsewhere.
