It's a nice place to do your banking they whit your finances and they make sure that you are happy business with them a nice place to have your savings and checking they are willing to help you

The staff is always friendly and helpful...some even know you by name when you walk in, which is great. I've been a member of GLCU since I was 12, and 24 yrs later, I'm still a member. This location is closed on Wednesdays, that's the only negative.

Moved to town, and this is an affiliate bank I was referred to from my bank. Customer service is nearly non-existent unless you're "their" Member. They have put 30 day holds on random payroll checks (which have cleared for months previously no problem, I had to call my bank's customer service and they were confused why a manual hold was put on my account at this bank...) They have also said my checking number does not exist. When I proved her incorrect by bringing up online banking, she said that, "maybe your bank has your account set up so you're not able to go to shared branches."....Ummm...no, I have been depositing checks at this location for months. Lol. DO NOT USE if you are looking for a new bank or are trying to take advantage of the shared branch option offered with affiliated banks. There are way friendlier and more helpful places to take your business.

Previously had account with this bank. Switched after having a hold put on my only debit card because I attempted to shop at a different walmart from the usual for a $26 purchase. That would've been fine except it was a Friday. Called them to fix it and after 45 minutes on hold was told the hold would be released only for it not to be and they were then closed for the weekend and a bank holiday. Not having access to your account for 4 days can have potentially serious pitfalls.

This was my bank for 20+ years then someone gives me a bad check and they put a hold on my account (I can’t write checks or use my debit card). The hold was for 6 months to a year. I was told that it would be determined at a later date. Because someone tried to scam me. Then I had to pay $30 for the check being bad. They treated me like I was a criminal. Even though I told them I wanted to make sure that I wasn’t getting taken advantage of. I moved to a different bank. I know now that loyalty isn’t something this business values.

Unhelpful and unprofessional tellers, if you need to do business with a shared union you'll want to go somewhere else without question
