Employees very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant.

A lot of problems with bad communication, un-returned messages/calls, unprofessional negligence by loan officer and underwriter. Loan officer demanded full asset disclosure and underwriter stated it was a mistake and it was all based on DTIR and FICO. Plus, you can not deposit money at the ATM. Took business elsewhere with no problem at all.

Try to use my debit card online at walmart.com and it denys my purchase then blocks my card and my wifes card plus we can only use our cards 5 times in one day im pretty sure we are gonna find another bank

MCSB is a great "hometown" bank. I have always received fantastic and quick service and I love how they've implemented tech and software to benefit customers. 100% recommended!

I have a car loan through this company. They have been a nightmare from day one. They’re rude, unhelpful, & will transfer you around to every rude person in the entire building & not a single one will be able to help you at all. They have a completely user unfriendly app that crashes & rarely works. I would give this place zero stars if i could. get a lawyer before you start doing business here.

Have had a terrible experience from day one, but continued using them until recently. I came in and filled out the paperwork to close my account. A week later, I noticed it still wasn’t closed. I called they said it would be closed, and a week later I called again. She transferred me to one of the incredibly rude girls in the other building who said she would “let someone know” to close it and what do you know. Still hasn’t been closed.

Lender Tammy M. Is extremely rude and unprofessional. This bank is also being investigated by the FDIC and Consumer Financial Protection bureau. If you are looking for a loan, I recommend Kaskaskia Credit Union.
